Donor endowments and annual fund gifts provided a total of $357,715 need-based and academic scholarships this academic year - 354 scholarships were awarded to deserving students. 	Enriching Professional Development: The Student Travel Fund

With support from our donors, students are able to attend professional conferences, participate in community service projects, and gain exposure to today's pharmacy leaders.

	Encouraging Cutting-Edge Research: Sigma Xi Research Fund

Proud of its international reputation for cutting-edge research, each year the school celebrates and encourages student research through Sigma Xi Research Day. Generosity from donors allows PharmD and pharmaceutical science undergraduate and graduate students to participate in the day's events, gaining valuable professional experience presenting their research to faculty members.

	Advancing Into The Profession: Career Day

The three day Career Day program allows all of our students to explore residency and fellowship opportunities, as well as to network and interview with alumni and representatives from community and hospital pharmacies, and the pharmaceutical industry. Through an evening speakers program, students have the opportunity to interact with alumni and learn about the various opportunities and career paths available to them, including residencies; clinical specialties; and independent, managed care, consultant, and industry opportunities. Annual gifts also support a poster competition in which faculty evaluated and judged student-created/patient-centered informational material on specific disease states.
