The Student Chapter of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP) is an organization that seeks to promote the role of the consultant pharmacist as a health-care specialist. The student branch of the New York State chapter of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists was formed in the spring of 1997. The branch functions as a student arm of the state organization and offers opportunities for students interested in consultant pharmacy.
