Submitting Requests to the PIC
The PIC has interfaced with UBLearns for the purpose of facilitating information requests and collecting and posting information responses for member sites to access. This interface allows password-protected access for site-specific questions and responses as well as development of continuing education activities that can be offered for individual or multiple sites.
When you click on the link below, you will be directed to the UBLearns login page. If you are a practitioner at one of the Health System Member Sites, you should use your UBIT username and password or your guest account username and password. If you do not have either of these or have any problem logging in on UBLearns, please contact Kris Jordan at kajordan@buffalo.edu.
After you have logged in on UBLearns you will be linked directly to the Pharmacotherapy Information Center Announcements page where you will find the navigation links for submitting requests as well as accessing posted informatics responses.
Three types of pharmacotherapy information requests are currently offered:
- Drug Information Question
- Medication Regimen Review (case submission format*)
- New Drug or Drug Class Review
*Please note that when submitting a case for medication regimen review, NO PATIENT IDENTIFIERS CAN BE USED. You will find specific instructions in order to ensure patient confidentiality and must agree to abide by the site agreement or you will not be allowed to continue with your case submission.
Click here to submit a request to the PIC.
