The 1st and 2nd floors will house two large lecture halls, two classrooms, Pharmaceutical Care Learning Center, Patient Assessment Suite, Model Pharmacy, student organizational and meeting spaces, study areas, computer lab, social gathering spaces, offices, conference rooms, apothecary, and a café.

The 3rd & 4th floors are the main research ‘hub’ for the school. Educational labs, highly specialized labs for pharmaceutical research, sample processing, molecular genetics, bioinformatics, and protein therapeutics will be included. Other types of spaces include a classroom, conference areas, lounges and offices.
